KEY PROJECT DRIVERS

All six existing HQ floors were refurbished to provide a bright, modern and state of the art shared workspace to support employees to transition to a new way of working, enabling people to think, act, work, connect and collaborate differently.

Originally delayed due to COVID-19 impacts, this refurbishment was the first update to the workspace in decades, representing a significant milestone for our client's employees. The project has allowed the organisation to ‘give back’ to their employees.

WHAT THE PRESYNCT TEAM DELIVERED

Presynct were engaged six weeks prior to practical completion. A change programme had been established in part, but not entirely executed. Our client was looking to actively engage employees to drive awareness, increase preparedness and build excitement and engaged Presynct to design and deliver a robust change programme, building on what was already established to support and enable organisational leaders and employees through the change.

The resulting change approach focussed on engaging with all employees to inform, educate and prepare them for the transition, address concerns and support them through the change.

Anecdotal feedback suggested that employees were highly satisfied with the new workplace and proud to call it home.

PROJECT OUTCOMES

  • COLLABORATION: Over 80% of employees said that they were able to catch up easily with individuals and teams in the office
  • TECHNOLOGY: Over 90% of employees said that they were able to book and use a meeting space effectively
  • PRODUCTIVE: Over 90% of employees said they were productive when working in the office.
